This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.191 of 2023 pending on the file of first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 07.08.2023 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the above development, no further order can be passed in this petition. If ultimately the Court below takes cognizance of the final report and issues summons to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
