ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by Beena, who is the wife of the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the respondent. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
