the said category as because no such course in imparted or available as in pursuant to Notification No. 30/ 2022 dated 14.10.2022 for the post of Inspector of Fisheries in Tamil Nadu Fisheries Sub ordinate service and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioners Reg. No. 1701001029 in the list of provisionally admitted to oral test for the post of Inspector of Fisheries in Tamil Nadu Fisheries Subordinate service.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned list dated 26.06.2023 published by the 2nd respondent in so far as it rejects the petitioners claim for selection and appointment under SC(A) Category due to non availability of PSTM in the said category as because no such course in imparted or available as in pursuant to Notification No.30/ 2022 dated 14.10.2022 for the post of Inspector of Fisheries in Tamil Nadu Fisheries Sub ordinate service and consequently direct the 2/5
respondents to include the petitioners Reg. No.1701001029 in the list of provisionally admitted to oral test for the post of Inspector of Fisheries in Tamil Nadu Fisheries Subordinate service.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she is eligible to be appointed under SC[A] [W] PSTM quota. However, she has not been included in the provisional selection list. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondents to include her name in the list of provisionally admitted to oral test for the post of Inspector of Fisheries in Tamil Nadu Fisheries Subordinate service.
3. In the last hearing, the respondents were directed to produce the mark list. Now the mark list produced by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents indicate that cut off marks for SC [A] [W] [PSTM] PSTM is 196.50 and the petitioner has scored 193.50 and hence, she has not been called for oral interview.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the petitioner cannot claim any right and there is no merits in this Writ Petition.
