ORDER

These writ miscellaneous petitions have been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in the order dated 08.08.2024 in above writ petitions.

2. In the present case, this Court had disposed of the above petitions vide the order dated 08.08.2024, whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit 15% of the disputed tax amount within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, the time for compliance is extended till 21.07.2025. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditional order, dated 08.08.2024, on or before 21.07.2025.
