4 ARULMURUGAN Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other approprite writ or direction, directing the respondent to remove the encroachment and to take necessary action to protect the water tank (Kuttai) in S.No.141/2 to an extent of 9.5 Ares at Vallam Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, based on the petition dated 11.06.2018(in WP.No.19923/2018) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.C.VISHWANTH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
