O R D E R
This writ petition is filed to issue Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.238/A2/2025 dated 13.05.2025 and quash the same.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that to wreak out vengeance and in a biased manner, the third respondent in collusion with the fifth respondent has initiated disciplinary proceedings and conducted the enquiry in a hasty manner and imposed the punishment of withholding the increment for six months with cumulative effect. 2/5

It is the submission of the petitioner that the order of the 3rd respondent is perverse and liable to be interfered with. 4.At this juncture the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that by virtue of Rule 27 of Tamil Nadu Government Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, the petitioner is having a right to prefer an appeal within a period of 60 days before the Joint Director of Elementary Education.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first, second and third respondents and perused the materials available on record.
6. In such view of fair submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to file an appeal before the Joint Director of Elementary School Education, within a period of one week from the date 3/5
of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of such appeal, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the same, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
7. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
