ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7982 of 2026 dated 30.03.2026 directing the Petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation and he is a daily wager and he finds difficult to comply the condition and hence, prayed to relax the condition.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, while opposing the petition for relaxation, would fairly submit that the petitioner has complied the condition imposed by this Court regularly for a period of 70 days.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7982 of 2026 dated 30.03.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week, at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders".
