ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.3068/2009 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur North Police Station, Tiruppur District and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.03.2015, this Court has passed the following order:

Learned Government Advocate represented that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet was filed and the case was taken on file as C.C.No.118 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore and the present petitioner is not at all arrayed as accused in the above said calender case.

For production of copy of charge sheet by the petitioner, post next week.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed. If the petitioner has been arrayed as accused in C.C.No.118 of 2015, it is open to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Trial Court in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
