This petition is filed to condone the delay of 587 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 26.09.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.12 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chennai.
