When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who is the creditor of the

company and the learned Official Liquidator would submit that the company has since wound up, the learned Official Liquidator is incharge of the assets. Therefore, what is required to be done by the learned Official Liquidator is further consequential action. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to do the needful. The Company Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
