ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.17822 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021.

It is noticed that there is no contempt made out as the order of this Court dated 25.08.2021 was passed during the pendency of the connected writ petition in W.P.No.12928 of 2021, and same was not informed to the Court though it was averred in the affidavit filed in support of the above writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to move appropriate Court for final disposal of the other writ petition. Liberty is however given to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition if the respondent herein, second respondent in W.P.No.12928 of 2021 fails to secure any stay order from the Court in the above writ petition.
