ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.11948 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.5(b) of the order dated 07.05.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.11948 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
