Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P. No.10067 of 2021 dated 22.04.2021.

ORDER

Alleging that the order of this court dated 22.04.2021 passed in W.P.No.10067 of 2021 has not been complied with by the respondents, the present contempt petition came to be filed by the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the communication in Lr.No.0009480/L12/F. M/s.Texonic Instruments / D.20/22 dated 15.02.2022 issued by the Director Generation, TANGEDCO, Chennai-2 to the petitioner, wherein, it is inter alia stated that the approval was accorded for migration from sale to board (EPA) to third party sale, after duly executing Energy Wheeling Agreement with TANGEDCO to wheel the power generated from the WEG listed to the third party user / users listed, subject to terms and conditions. Thus, according to the learned counsel, the order of this court has been complied with by the respondents. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the said communication.

3.The aforesaid submissions have been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
