O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.Jayachandran J.) The writ petition is filed to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 26.05.2026

2. Within ten days of preferring the appeal, the present writ petition has been filed seeking direction from this Court to exercise power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus.

3. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents further submits that the encroached portion has already been removed on 05.06.2026.

4. We find no reasonableness in the prayer for approaching this Court so hastily.

5. In the facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
