ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 20.06.2022 and 13.07.2022.

2. On perusal of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2022 revealed that there is a dispute between the petitioner and one Mr.Govindan in respect of the worship in the temple. According to the said Govindan the disputed temple is constructed only for the worship of his family, others cannot be allowed for worship. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered by the respondents since it is a private dispute between the petitioner and the Mr.Govindan. That apart, the petitioner failed to implead the said Govindan as a party in this writ petition.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach Civil Court for appropriate action as against the counter party if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
