The petitioner has complied with the conditional order passed by this Court on 02.07.2025 by paying a sum of Rs.1,50,00,000/- to the 1st respondent REPCO Bank and the same has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent. However, he would submit that a direction may be issued by this Court directing the petitioner to pay further sums since the outstanding amount is Rs.14,84,66,740/-.

2. Since this Court is going to take up the main Arbitration Original Petition for final disposal, this Court for the present is not inclined to issue such a direction.

3. In view of the conditional order having been complied with, Interim Stay granted by this Court in A.No.2984 of 2025 is made absolute and A.No.2984 of 2025 is disposed of by granting liberty to the respondents to raise all objections when the main Arbitration Original Petition is taken up for final disposal.

4. Both the learned counsels are directed to file their brief notes of 2/4

submissions along with authorities which they rely upon amongst themselves on or before the next date of hearing.

5. Post the main Arbitration Original Petition for arguments on 08.09.2025.
