ORDER

This application is filed seeking to recall the warrant issued against the petitioner on 03.06.2025 in Contempt Petition No.3470 of 2024.

2. Since the petitioner failed to appear before this Court in compliance of the statutory notice, this Court issued warrant against the petitioner.

3. Today, the petitioner is present before this Court.

4. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed by the petitioner and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent that the order of this Court is complied with, this Court is inclined to recall the warrant issued against the petitioner on 03.06.2025 in the interest of justice.
