2. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 89 and 81 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals respectively.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 89 and 81 days in filing the above appeals is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
