This petition is filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry and fix a particular final day for enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for heairng, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one R. Jayanthi against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.296 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
