O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 24.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.4080 of 2012.

2. Against the said order, the respondents herein filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.3159 of 2025, and the same came to be disposed of by an order dated 23.10.2025 by a learned Division Bench of this court.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this court by Mr.L.S.M.Hazan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, that the respondents have already issued appropriate proceedings in compliance with the order passed by this court vide proceedings bearing br/K/Miz vz;/v!; 2(2)-28143-2012. dated 07.01.2026, and a Letter bearing No.9579/A1/2012-20, dated 08.07.2025.

4. In the light of the same, this court does not see any violation of the order passed by this court, much less deliberate violation. In case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 07.01.2026 and the letter dated 08.07.2025, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps.
