ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.24902 of 2021 dated 06.02.2024. 2.While disposing the said Writ Petition, this Court has directed the petitioner to submit a fresh representation with regard to the sanction of regular time scale, with all relevant documents to the respondents and the respondents have directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. 3.During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submitted that the respondents have considered the representation dated 22.03.2024 submitted by the petitioner and passed appropriate orders on 13.06.2025 by following the due process of law and the same was communicated to the petitioner under proper acknowledgment.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also endorsed the same. 4.Considering the fact that the order of the Court is complied with, in our considered view,
