2. Admittedly, the petitioner is a Sri Lankan and she has made an application as if she is an Indian. That apart, she studied in Sri Lanka from VIth Std. to VIII Std. and that thereafter the petitioner has studied in Kurinji Matriculation Higher Seconday School, Namakkal. Since the petitioner has suppressed the details, believing their application, her candidature was considered. From the proceedings, more particularly, in Clause 3 of the Prospectus relating to MBBS/BDS admissions, 2018-2019, she has not satisfied any of the conditions contained therein and that she has come forward with this Writ Petition with false averments. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner will not be entitled to any relief and if any seat has been allotted to her, that is deemed to have been cancelled and it will be open for the respondents to allot that seat to any other eligible person according to ranking.
3. It is very unfortunate that the youngsters who are adolescent, think that they can make any kind of false statement in the affidavit to achieve the purpose. If the petitioner has not done it and if she has done it on the instructions of anyone else, be it parents or the Advocate, the conduct of the petitioner is deprecated.
4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.Ps. are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar cs
