3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, instant Application No.3074 of 2020 is ordered as prayed for.

4. Objections may be raised by the respondents at the time of marking. In the event of such objection is raised, learned Master has to record the same and its validity will be decided at the time of disposal of suit.
