O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, reply was filed on behalf of the petitioner.

2. On carefully considering the submissions made on either side and the materials available on record and also the stand taken by either parties in the counter and the reply filed by the petitioner, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition, since the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.8734 of 2025 has been complied with.

3. What remains is that the excess duty has to be refunded to the petitioner and the petitioner is facing some issues on that front. A representation has also been made in this regard by the petitioner. The goods are also lying with the Department.

4. It will be left open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition before this Court and seek for appropriate directions, based on the representation that has already been made.

With the above observation, this Contempt Petition is closed. 2/4
