This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 08.09.2023 made in W.P.No.26279 of 2023, directing the respondents to pay the Subsistence Allowance to the petitioner as per Rules. 2.On the earlier occasion, this Court, by order dated 17.07.2025, has recorded that the petitioner has been paid a sum of Rs.82,290/-, however, there are still some dues payable to the petitioner. Accordingly, today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the balance sum of Rs.13,845/- has also been paid to the petitioner by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the petitioner, dated 13.08.2025 vide D.D.No.401796, State Bank of India, ACB Valajanagaram (Ariyalur) Branch. He has also produced the communication of the 2nd respondent, dated 13.08.2025, in this regard.
3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. 14.08.2025 mkn
