ORDER

This writ petition was filed to direct the respondent to convert the petitioner's appointment to the open category in his service records in the light of the OM dated 12.9.1990 and the representation dated 19.7.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner died and thereafter, they could not be able to secure instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. In view of the fact that though the learned counsel for the petitioner has taken efforts to secure instructions, he could not able to get instructions for the purpose of getting along with the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to proceed with the case.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. However, if the legal heir of the writ petitioner is interested, they are at liberty to restore the writ petition by filing an appropriate application. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
