COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed challenging the order dated 10.11.2020 of the 3rd respondent and the consequential proceedings letter dated 06.05.2021 of the respondents 1 to 6 and consequently, remove the lock and seal of the petitioners' shop premises in Ground Floor, Door No.235/126 Govindappa Naicken Street, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the petitioner in W.P.No.24050/2021 appeared in person and represented on his behalf and on behalf of the petitioners in W.P.No.24051 & 24053/2021 and would state that they are all tenants and they had already vacated the subject premises and the building was also demolished. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions.

3. Recording the above submission made by the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently,connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
