This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15697 of 2022 dated 07.07.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed and taken on file by the learned District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli in C.C.No.05 of 2022.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the bail is relaxed in toto.
