2. Mrs.Rita Chandrasekar for M/s.Aiyar and Dolia, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that since there was no interim order in operation, the property in question has been sold out in favour of the third party and sale deed also executed in the year 2003.

3. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
