Advocate COMMON ORDER A copy of Government Order in G.O.(ID) No.94 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E-4) Department, dated 24.02.2026 is forwarded to this court, wherein it had been stated as follows:- "6. The Government after careful examination of the request of the Commissioner of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj and in order to comply the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras in Writ Appeals W.A.No.2780/2025 and W.A.No.2821/2025 hereby order to consider the 50% of services rendered in consolidated pay by Thiru.E.Pachiappan Retired Rural Medical Officer, for the period from 23.05.1974 to 30.09.1984 (10 years 4 months 9 days) and by Thiru.D.Subramaniyan (Died) Retired Rural Medical Officer for the period from 17.06.1974 to 30.09.1984 (10 years 3 months 14 days), for the calculation of pension and other pensionary benefits. The Government also hereby order to grant revised pension and pension arrears to the above said individuals."
