ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 17.01.2025, in CRL.OP.No.1261 of 2025, has not been complied with, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2/4 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the original case in FIR No.3 of 2024 was pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch Kancheepuram; pursuant to the order of the Superintendent of Police, investigation was transferred to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram Sub Division; the Deputy Superintendent of Police has completed the investigation on 06.08.2025 and filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram; and it has been taken on file.
