Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant one month time to comply the condition in Crl.M.P.No.1300/2018 in Crl.A.No.290/2017 by an order dated 07.02.2018, by the Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.PRABHAVATHI GANESH RAM, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The 6th Petitiner/A6 complied with the condition imposed by this Court, in its order dated 06.12.2017 in Crl.M.P.No. 15416 of 2017, by paying 25% of the fine amount, i.e. Rs.3,60,000/- before the TNPID Court and a xerox coy of the receipt has been filed. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also represents that the above portion of the fine amount has been paid into the Court.

3.It is needless to say that time has been extended by this Court and the fine amount also has been paid within the time extended by this Court.
