Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner being the president of Prambikumal - Aliyur Project Thirumoorthi Reservoir Project Committee, submits that the subject matter of the writ petition will have a bearing on the interest of the members of the petitioner's Association. Hence, the petition seeking impleadment is ordered.
