Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle. He seeks liberty of this Court to file a petition for the very same relief before the appropriate forum.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking for the very same relief.
