3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, seeking to condone the delay of 82 days in filing the claim affidavit.

4. Accordingly, this Application is allowed, as prayed for. Learned Official Liquidator is directed to entertain the claim affidavit filed by the applicant and consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
