The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.05.2026. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent police on 23.05.2026, and the same is still pending without any progress.

4.In view of the same, the 3rd respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any, and dispose of the same, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
