The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with its prospectus for Post Graduate - Degree and Diploma Programmes of 2013-2014 and quash the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

eligibility criteria for admission for Ph.D.,(Food Technology) and consequently direct the respondents to consider her for the said Course in the year 2013-2014, without insisting on Provisional Certificate along with application. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, since the relief sought for relates to the academic year 2013-2014. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
