2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the suit schedule properties with respect to which reliefs have been sought are within the territorial jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court and only the defendant resides outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Though the major part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application has been filed since the defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Considering the above submission and having regard to the nature of the allegations and fact that only the defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is ordered.
