Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the above condition directed the petitioners to stay at Virudhachalam and report before the Virudhachalam Town Police Station every day at 10.30.a.m and 5.30.p.m until further orders and the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13475/2020 dated 29.09.2020.

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners to stay at Virudhachalam and report before the Virudhachalam Town Police Station every day at 10.30.a.m and 5.30.p.m until further orders and the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police in Crl.OP.No.13475 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13475 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
