ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15748 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Cantonment Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15748 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15748 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020, is relaxed.
