PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Art.226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.2222/B4/2017, dated 11/06/2019 and the Memo Na.Ka.No.809/A2/2019 dated 11/01/2019 of the 3rd respondent informing removal of the petitioner from service and quash them and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to regularize the services of the petitioner in the post of Sweeper in pursuant to the G.O.(Ms) No.14 dated 05/01/2018 of the first respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Honourable court.
