If the respondent police requires the presence of the petitioner for the purpose of enquiry with reference to the abovesaid issue, the respondent police is directed to issue notice/summons to the petitioner as per law for his appearance and on receipt of the said notice/summons, the petitioner is directed to comply with the same and cooperate with the respondent police.
