Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.662 of 2024, final report was filed through e-filing on 20.06.2025 vide e-filing No.LTN-20220001481C202500038 before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
