Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue namely K.Ramya, Minor aged 17, D/o. Karunanithi, before this Court from the illegal custody of 3rd respondent and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue ,who is allegedly under the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for the production of the detenue before this court.
2. Today also the detenue is present before us. Even on the last occasion, the detenue had stated that she was not in the illegal custody of anybody. Thus, we do not find any illegal custody involved.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
