Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect as follows:

"In view of the development made subsequently petitioner resubmitted the application for recognition and the same was rejected by Government. So I may permitted to challenge the same and this Writ Petition may be closed as infructuous."

Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. In the event if any grievance exists for the petitioner then the petitioner is at liberty to redress his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
