ORDER

The petitioner is a creditor of the company in liquidation. Alleging there is non-payment on demand, the present petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Official Liquidator would submit that already the Official Liquidator was appointed as Provisional Liquidator other than the learned administrator in C.P.No.372 of 2013.

3.In such view of the matter, there is no point in keeping the company petition pending. Therefore, the company petition stands disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a claim before the learned Official Liquidator, who shall adjudicate upon it within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the same. 18.01.2018 mmi C.P.
