O R D E R

This Petition is filed seeking direction to the Learned Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose the O.S.No.8 of 2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Suit was filed by the Petitioner for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction. In the trial before the lower Court, the plaintiff's side evidence was completed and case is pending for cross examination of DW1. It is further submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that this case is unnecessarily adjourned from 11.02.2020 for the cross https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examination of DW1. Therefore, the present Petition. 3.The Suit was filed in the year 2016 and it is coming under the category of five year old cases. The Suit is already part heard and pending for cross examination of DW1. Therefore, the Learned Principal Sub Judge, Chengalapattu is directed to dispose the Suit in O.S.No.8 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
