This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1461 days in filing the revocation petition to revoke the orders dated 08.09.2015 and 17.06.2016 made in O.P. No. 273 of 2014 and in Application Nos. 2625 and 2626 of 2016 in the said O.P.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the copy of the order in O.P. No. 273 of 2014 was served on the applicant in June 2016 and thereafter, opinion was obtained from DOT (Department of Telecommunications) and the present application had been filed and there was a delay of 1461 days. In so far as the merits are concerned, it is stated that a settlement had been reached among the parties in O.P. No. 273 of 2014, but it is contended that such settlement violates the pension rules.

3. In view of the reasons stated, the delay is condoned. 1/3

4. As a matter of fact, notice had been directed and notice had been served on the learned counsel, who had entered appearance on behalf of the respondents but the counter had not been filed .

5. List Application No.9197 of 2019 along with O.P. No. 273 of 2014 on 29.09.2022.
