The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to consider the representation dated 24.06.2019 made by the Petitioner and consequently direct the Respondent to release the original title deeds deposited under the mortgage loan number 02-001-0000002842.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the representation dated 24.06.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order Rc. No. SLR-29 & 64/2019-20/02 dated 08.07.2019 passed by the Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
