Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal Case No.522 of 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in the judgement dated 12.07.2019 made in S.C.No. 124 of 2016 on the file of the Hon'ble 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal 522/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A Case No.522 of 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MOHAMED ANSAR Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
